Economic Development

The current Council has taken over two economic development corporations and are sitting as the boards and appointed one each of themselves as the directors. This violates multiple clauses in the constitution. I sued the current Councilors as individuals acting outside the Constitution (Ultra Virus) and the case is currently awaiting our Appellate Court to rule.

If Council is going to continue running businesses the voters should be aware of this new power Council has given themselves and adjust your voting to put business experience in the seats.
